Working from home within the UK or alternatively from our facility in Haverhill Suffolk England, the roll will be to provide in house testing of equipment and assemblies as part of our engineering team coupled to field installation, service and commissioning of various types and sizes of induction melting furnace system. The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative while being supported by our own in-house technical support team. Ideally experience will include power electronics of the type used in the induction heating or melting field and although not essential, familiarity with hydraulic and water-cooling systems would also be an advantage. Most travelling is UK based but a proportion is required in local Europe therefore a full UK driving licence and Passport will be required.
The position is permanent and offers the scope to lead to further career opportunities in the mid to long term. Salary rate is flexible and based on experience and ability, a contributory pension scheme operates within the business and there is currently a 30-day holiday entitlement, a works van is available for business use, a credit card and all out of pocket expenses will be provided by the company.
